I took my '99 VW Bug in, actually had it towed there. Kieran met me at the door with a huge smile. I was apprehensive about what might be wrong with it, so I was nervous.  Kieran's smile and mild manner made me feel comfortable. I took my diesel truck to Keiran who had previously done work on my Jeep.  Keiran is an expert on diesel engines.  He explained the job in detail and showed me the failed parts after the work was done.  He is personable and honest.  He also requested that I bring the truck back to him at 1,000 miles to check the work out again. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for the 100K tune up. Planned on having the timing belt done as well since it was about time. I also asked him to check my tires since I haven't gotten any since around 40K miles. It is a great auto shop. Kieran is very nice, knowledgeable, and reliable. I left my truck indicating the problem I had. As usual, an hour later I remembered a few other things. Kieran took the call, listened, and assured to check everything. He indicated an approximate time of when he intends to complete the job and suggested that he will call to confirm. He did exactly that. Everything was done very well. They know diesels like no one else. All the specifics are communicated in a simple way and without the usual techno lingo. My review appears to be in line with other reviews for this shop and I am glad to see that Murray's Truck and Auto Repair continues to maintain its five star Yelp rating.
