I took my '99 VW Bug in, actually had it towed there. Kieran met me at the door with a huge smile. I was apprehensive about what might be wrong with it, so I was nervous.  Kieran's smile and mild manner made me feel comfortable. I explained to him what had happened and he told me his plan and what the charges might be. All in all these gentlemen that work there are wonderful.
