It is a great auto shop. Kieran is very nice, knowledgeable, and reliable. I left my truck indicating the problem I had. As usual, an hour later I remembered a few other things. Kieran took the call, listened, and assured to check everything. He indicated an approximate time of when he intends to complete the job and suggested that he will call to confirm. He did exactly that. Everything was done very well. They know diesels like no one else. All the specifics are communicated in a simple way and without the usual techno lingo. My review appears to be in line with other reviews for this shop and I am glad to see that Murray's Truck and Auto Repair continues to maintain its five star Yelp rating. I left my vehicle at Murray's yesterday and so far this has been my experience. 
1) This shop responded to my call. As a matter of fact, they were the only one that actually did respond on a busy Monday after mini holiday's from Thanksgiving. 
2) Joel over the phone was very assertive, polite and professional over the phone. 
3) I met Kieran, the owner and aside from being nice he seemed very Pro Active. 
4) I read their reviews and I found a constant repitition. They mentioned two distinct phrases: A) they know what they are doing b) they are upfront about their charges.
